error when accessing blog when not logged in

I get this message on my page when trying to access the blog.
Either this page type is not set up for composer, or you do not have permissions to access composer.
Not sure what to do. I checked permissions and guest has read access.
Any ideas?

I do have it in composer. The Many Parent Page is called "Announcements" The sub page is called "School Announcements"
Is this after you have the blog post created or while you are trying to write the post?
you may need to add that page type to composer from
/index.php/dashboard/pages/types/
click on composer and add that page type.
