Would it be necessary for Apache server to upload files: /packages/theme_slate/themes/slate/js/functions.js, /packages/theme_slate/themes/slate/js/fancybox/jquery.fancybox-1.3.4.css, packages/theme_slate/themes/slate/columnal.css;ect.
Do you need these pages uploaded with your site pages by Apache server?
What kind of tag do you put on top of page to prevent Apache server from loading file.
