First C5 Site

Happy New Years!
So, my wife and I have been on this for a few months and aside from some minor content to still add, we've launched our very first C5 site for a client. It was quite the learning curve... still on it really.
Any feedback is welcome.

i cant believe this one build with c5 it's absolutly different from sample bundle with c5,
i guess it's not one or two month for you to understanding learning curve and make something like this, it's ver 5.2.1?

very nice. Love the bg photo still effect when you scroll.
Very nice. I enjoy the main navigation with the different color highlights - attractive. The detail pages look very elegant, I really enjoy the different background photos with the left-sidebar navigation.
To spruce it up another notch, perhaps add some slight hover effects on the footer and top sister navigation text links (Survey, Sign-Up, etc . .) Just to make it clear that you are hovering over that link. This could also applied to the top social links. Perhaps also link the top logo to link back home as well would be nice.
Looking nice though! Can't wait to see the your next concrete5 site.

Thanks very much for the comments and suggestions, I'll definitely implement a couple from roberthuston. Not sure why I didn't have the logo link home - normally I would. And just to clarify my wife is the designer and made it look so nice.
