Fontsmart - No support after purchase

Am having issues with this add-on but cannot find any support contact. I sent email to Concrete5 Help but they have not replied.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

At the add on page http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/fontsmart/... there is a button on the right which says 'Get Help'

This user was able to get a message to me (FontSmart developer) and I am providing support. Just wanted to chime in as the subject of this thread could be misleading without my input.
