Form "Export to Excel" Function has Stopped working on multiple sites! Both the Standard and Extended Form.HELP

Really could use some help here. My "Export to Excel" Function has Stopped working on multiple sites. Both the standard and Extended Form are effected. All of the site are hosted on Bluehost, but they reside on different physical servers. Might this be a JAVA issues or something server side? I any case I would really appreciate any help anyone might have, Bluehost insists they haven't changed anything, I see nothing on the Firefox error console.

Yes, same problem here. excel exports appear to be corrupted and wont open
Actually I just discovered the issue! After the MS update, there is a NEW box in the downloaded file "Properties"
it says: "Security: This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer. " There is an Unblock" check box . After you select the box the file will open, and the box disappears!
You cannot however , open the files directly from the web anymore, they must be downloaded first.

Sadly I had already tried that and it did not resolve the issue
