I'm sure its simple but... When you ask to be notified by email if a form is submitted, this all works and you get the message...
There has been a submission of the form Contact Us on through your Concrete5 website.
How do I edit/change this output, I think there is a template involved (Template Used: block_form_submission) but I am still a bit lost.
