Forms and Email attachments

I'm new to Concrete5 and like the standard form. However, I need to attach multiple documents to the form submission. Is there any marketplace product (simple, without customization) that allows the visitor to attach documents?

Thanks.

I believe you could just create multiple form elements for the multiple
files you want using the standard form block.

You might check out jgarcia's advanced form block as well, I don't know if
it does - buthttp://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/advanced-forms/...

Thanks, Franz. I will definitely try that, and look at that add-on.

Meanwhile, I ran into two interesting problems:

My forms send the notify to an email address intermittently. Most of the time they do forward to the email address, but other times they don't. I don't have a spam filter on. There seems to be no pattern to the failures.

Second, I used the standard attachment statement in the form, attached a file, and the email notification has a number rather that the attachment. Is there something special I must do to get the attachment to go to the forwarding email address? I am sending the email notification to amy gmail account.

Thanks for your help.

Check the logs section in your dashboard to see if the mails are being sent
by concrete5. If you see them there, there is an issue with your mail
server, the email address, something else..

I don't believe that form block does attach files at the moment
unfortunately.
