Am I the only one that has problems with the forum layout ?
The forum titles have disappeared, posts appearing multiple times, ...

If this is by design, then I definitely prefer the previous design!

Cheers,
Tom
Edit: another annoyance: clicking on a subject jumps to the last post, but I prefer reading conversations in their chronological order, I will scroll down myself, thank you ;-)

It's my first time using the forum. Could it be an issue with the browser? I tried it on Safari, Firefox. Everything seems to work fine. Try restarting your browser and see if that solves it.

Hope that helps.

Nope. Me too. Although I've always had a problem with this forums format in general.

I can't find anything anymore. If it wasn't for my bookmark. I don't think I could find my own thread.

it seems like if you're subscribed to a forum, and then post on a thread within that forum, then you'll get the duplicate emails.

I am not talking about e-mails, but the forums on the C5 site.
Picture attached of what I see when taking this route: C5 home -> Community -> Forums. Tried it from 2 different locations (both Firefox though).
See the double entries ? And no forums, only messages.

Hm... trying to grasp the new concept...
A bunch of messages that can be filtered. Ordered not by subject but by date.

Sorry, I fail to see how this is supposed to be easier than the normal way of structuring a forum ?

A forum should be inviting to read (every message gets written only once but read hundreds of times). Unless I am missing something, it seems impossible to browse topics ?

You can still sort in different ways from the forum landing page.

You can still get into a specific discussion area where things are listed by thread.. just click the little >> that shows up next to the forum area name on the sidebar, or the green label up top once you're in a post (so Chit Chat at the top of this page)

Right!
Thanks.
(not very intuitive though)
