Gallery suggestion please

I need a gallery which when the thumbnail or preview image is clicked on or hovered over will not only expand the image but will also bring up a content block in which I can describe the image. I have had a look through the marketplace but so far have not found what I am looking for. It also needs to be responsive. Suggestions anyone?

When you say a content block you mean you want to be able to use HTML? Or is it more complicated?

What I had in mind was something akin to a standard content block that one might put into a page. As I say I want to be able to add a text description to the image.

All images have title and description properties you can edit via the file manager. Many galleries will display the title and description. So the key functionality to look for in the marketplace is a gallery that provides an option to display the file/image description.
