Yes, it's possible. In the dashboard go the Sitemap then click "Show system pages" on the far right.
The "Dashboard" page will be displayed and if you expand it you'll see all the different dashboard pages. You can simply edit their permissions and choose which groups can view which dashboard pages by unchecking the group name under "Who can view..." and "Who can edit...".
