Heart Internet and C5

I know a few of you are running C5 on Heart. I trialled it, but found there were too many hacks required, so moved on to UK2.
I would like to look at Heart again, since I think they have a lot of things right on their reseller platform.
Can anyone save me the pain and post a definitive "Get C5 running properly (with friendly URIs) on Heart" guide?

I use Heart and love it. Setting up C5 was a doddle. I just clicked on the icon and that was it - nothing else required. The only thing it does do is set up adatabase with '-' in which renders the C5 Backup facility useless but that was it.

what sort of hacks were you having issues with? The main one I've got is the mod rewrite issues (posted a thread here:http://www.concrete5.org/index.php?cID=147120... )
Even I'm thinking of switching (still within the 30 day guarentee period) although I'd prefer not to. Other than that their package seems well polished so far..
