Help fix the error every time i try to edit/format content blocks

Forbidden You don't have permission to access /index.php/ccm/system/dialogs/block/edit/submit on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Contact your host and ask them to check their mod security logs around the time of your edit, and if they find something triggered ask them to whitelist the rule involved.
