How to tell what version of Concrete 5 I'm using

Hey ,

How do you know what version of Concrete 5 your using [ funny question I know [ . But I wont cross thread posts although this sort of relates. I had an error message on updating and the error was [ unexpected ] " Allowed memory size of 94371840 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 41015226 bytes) " Now before I went and looked into memory and adjusting phprc file to adjust memory size . I tried once more to run update and it said update downloaded and I got a memory issue , i failed to capture . But now when I click update Concrete 5 from dashboard the only thing I get is Apply Downloaded Update
No updates are ready to be installed. The original update memory error was trying to upgrade version of CC5 . So I went and edited the phprc file in server and increased memory limit from 256 to 384 which was required I calculate for the update to work. But when I click update now I see no version of concrete 5 listed which is always there. Just I get is Apply Downloaded Update
No updates are ready to be installed. Whats with the Apply download ? Is there a download ready to install yet I dont see install option ? Confused ? Any thoughts ?
