Image Slider - can't turn auto slideshow off

I am using the core Image Slider and despite trying everything the auto slideshow won't turn off. Install is V 8.5.2. Any ideas on how?

Assuming you are using the core Image Slideshow block, on the "Options" tab there is a checkbox for "Disable Automatic Slideshow" that should stop this. You might have to clear your cache after publishing the change.

Thanks for the suggestion but I had, of course, tried that.

Are you using the normal built in view or are you using a custom template?

It's the normal built in view.

1) Can you please provide a URL to the site where this is happening?

2) Have you cleared the cache after changing the settings?

The URL is:

Yes I have cleared the cache after changing the settings.

This is not using the core built in view, this is using something that came with the Fundamental theme, I would suggest requesting support from the theme builder.

The theme builder claims that it's core. See the response below:

The core concrete5 slider block is not part of this package. You may consider asking for support in the general c5 forums.

You could try installing my Cycle2 addonhttps://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/cycle2-slide-show/...

It has a "disable autoplay" option so the slide show will not start unless the user chooses to start it.

P.S. It's free!
