Import single pages

Hello guys,
first, i´m pretty new to Concrete5 , so i´m asking for your help. We made an homepage as school project, but by an mistake we couldn´t login anymore. I want to create a new homepage with the same content. We copied the Database from phpmyadmin and all datas from the htdocs folder. Is there any possible way to export or copy single pages out of the database/the folder and import it to the new Website? It would safe a lot of work.

Pages are assembled from data in multiple tables in the database and not stored as complete pages. It would probably be faster to copy and paste your content into a new site.
Can you clarify what you mean by "by a mistake we couldn't login anymore"?
