Install not emailing to its own domain name.

I see this a lot. Concrete5 installs seem to not email form entries to people who are in the actual domain of the site's name.
In other words,http://www.foo.com send emails on form entries to acme.com but not foo.com.

an external mail server, but the machine your website is sitting on
doesn't have those MX records as well. It then thinks it can mail
itself, instead of google or whatever you're using.
