Internal 500 Error with File Manager

Ported a Concrete5 site over from one server to another this afternoon and getting 500 errors when uploading files. Both on the single and multi.

Checked the permissions of the files directory and the Apache User (which PHP runs as under FCGI) and it has write access.

Files which have been previously uploaded seem to go up okay with no issues. Just new files. Any ideas?

Never mind... Solved it. Was nothing to do with Concrete5. When I was configuring mod_fcgid for Apache I forgot to set FcgidMaxRequestLen. So it was left at the default of 131072 bytes.
