List which blocks are used on pages

Is there any way to obtain a list of which block types are used on each of the pages e.g.
Block Type: HTML
Used on page: Information, Contact, etc.
Block Type: Google Maps
Used on page: Contact, Area we work, etc
Otherwise one has to open each page in the site and edit it to see which block types have been used on it which is a bit tedious.
