Logging Off All Users

HELP! Can someone tell me how to log off all users on my site? I have somehow managed to sign in twice and it's causing the wrong webpage version to be published.
huh? just close all the webpages you are on except for one,
I know...weird right? When I try and exit the page via the sign out button at the top of the bar, it says that someone else is editing the page and is pending approval. Nobody else has been in there but me! So I gotta figure out how to log out all users and see if that does the trick.
if you've got a lot of windows open or people beating on the site from the same IP with the same user name this occasionally happens. Best way to deal with it is logout and go get a coffee - these pages will drop out of edit mode on their own if you dont commit changes after a bit.
