Looking for a C5 developer

Hi there,
I have small architectural firm client who are looking to rebuild there HTML site as a C5 site. They don't have a huge budget but are looking for a few basic features.
Lightbox script to show off their work, rotating image script which I can provide and possibly some photoshop work (image resizing, optimizing etc.)
I can provide the design, it may need to be concretized.
