Moding Superfish Dropdown

I was wondering if anyone knows how to do this. I am currently using Superfish Drop-down on this site -http://sunshinelanddesign.com/sunshinelanddesign_v2...
This is the staging currently.
This client asked for Community, Residential, and Commercial to not be active links. They want just the drop-down to appear with the links and so forth.
I was wondering if there is a way without having to resort to writing a script.
