Multi user Content

I need to create a site for a school district. There will be multiple users per site and I need a complex permissions system. I need teachers to be able to put up content for their classes, but not be able to edit other teacher's content. I want the principal to be able to make changes on teacher's pages and be able to assign new permissions to new teachers, but not have access to other schools. Can Concrete5 do this. If not what CMS can?

Sure, turn on advanced permissions and play around with that.

Should be quite easy to make a page for each teacher or class and give
them exclusive rights to manage it.

best wishes
