Need help removing code from Conversation Block email headers

Hi everyone, I have reached out a couple times in different places to see how to deal with removing the very distracting (and annoying) code that shows up in emails when users who have subscribed to a conversation block get an email notification. Here's the link that I made here (I also put the same on Slack, but no reply). (I am not sure, but I think it changed once I enabled public profiles- before that it would show "so and so, posted to the conversation "x", but now when a person receives an email message from any of the conversation blocks, the emails always show up with a messy header:
"<a href="http://www. *xxx.xxx*/members/profile/view/1">*UserName*</a> has posted a new message to the conversation *xxx*:

( I put the stars (*) before and after actual site info.) It seems to be a system issue but I cant find where to edit it so that it just shows the users name who posted in that particular conversation black. If I am recalling, this happened when I enabled "public profiles"?

Have you tried turning off ‘public profiles’?
We don’t use them for our conversations.

All emails sent use email templates. Those email templates are all in concrete\mails.
All you need to do is take the template you're interested in modifying and put it in application\mails, keeping the same name, and modify it to your liking. Concrete5 will start using that template.
