Need New/Forgotten Password Page - not the standard C5 Login page

Hey all,
I am creating a site for a sign development firm in WV who needs open registration and need help creating a custom "Create New Password" page on the site (where they create their new password after filling out the form to have the forgotten password link sent to their email) that's not the standard C5 create new password page. This is so the end-user will not leave the client's site (or think they are) when forgetting their password.
So far I have copied the form from Concrete's "Create New Password" version and copied it into an HTML block on the site and it shows up perfectly and works perfectly as it should out-of-the-box, but it's going to the page where administrators sign in and create their new passwords when they lose them. I need this to be a new page I have created on the site for the client that looks like it's part of the client site.
Is this possible? Any help would be most appreciated.
