No update avaliable (5.6.2.1)

Hi i just tried to update a 5.6.2.1 via the dashboard. I allways get the message "No updae avaliable" even if i hit the "search for updates" button. Any help would be great

Upload the latest version of the c5 core to your updates folder inside a folder called concrete5.6.3.1 Your install will then be able to recognize the update.
