Page Drafts & the Sitemap

I was just futzing on some stuff and it occurred to me that the Page Drafts get a little lost in the Sitemap unless you have the System pages open. However, they're available in the Pages tab.
Should Page Drafts not be available under the full Sitemap in the dashboard?
