Possible File Manager bug in 5.4.2.2

Hi Guys
Does anyone else get the following:
I added the file manager button to my edit bar but the icon does not display and when clicking the button the pages loads without styling? (see attached image)
When clicking the file manager from within dashboard its fine.
Be good to know if its just me or a wider issue.
