Protect a downlad page with a password

Hi guys,
I downloaded the register block and installed it on one page of my site.
The main point in installing a register/login block was to protect one specific page on my site, which is going to be a lesson download page.
http://www.goldcoastielts.com
I only want members of my site, (my students) to be able to access this page and download from it.
How can I force users to login before getting access to this one page?
