Resell Themes and add-ons

Here's an idea, ...why can't we all have the facility to resell unwanted themes and add-ons on the Concrete5 website?
Obviously the theme/add-on developer and Concrete5 could take a commission from the sale (that's money for old rope for them) and maybe the balance could be given to us in Concrete5 credits - I'd be happy with that. This might also appease some of the more disgruntled people who either buy by mistake or the item doesn't live up to the their expectations and make for a happier community all round.
It sounds like a win win to me. Does anyone else agree ...or disagree??? Love to know the community's thoughts and particularly anyone from Concrete5?
