RSS feed for How-Tos!

I would LOVE to be able to subscribe to the how-to section as an RSS feed. Whenever I miss Totally Random and forget to check the how-tos for a while I miss a ton of great content.

This is the feed that is specified on the howtos page... but unfortunately, it doesn't work :(

what do you do to get the pretty RSS url? .htaccess rewrite rule?

How do did you get it without the page list block showing "Subscribe to RSS feed" at the bottom?
