I selected Concrete5 because I was told how "easy" it was to use. After several tries, I now feel like a complete idiot and am absolutely reluctant to use this forum in that I have to display to the world my stupidity. I tried to find a means by which I could talk to someone at Concrete5 so I didn't have to bother anyone using this Forum.

Is there any knowledgeable person out there willing to give me 20 minutes of phone time that could get me properly started in using the s/w to design a quite simple website?

For example, I want a different style (formatted) page, for my second page - the examples show 4 or 5 different style pages to choose from - when I hit add page, only one choice comes up, i.e. the same as my Welcome page.

I want to show the page navigation across the top and on the side of the page - mine only show across the top.

These are only examples - what I really need is someone who could explain some of the very basics to me and answer some specific questions.

I apologize for the wordiness and for using this forum if my inquiry is inappropriate. Just totally frustrated and I'm really not that stupid - it seems like I should be able to have figured all this out - at the rate I'm going the site need will have expired.
