Strange Errors When Editing

Hi folks,

I have a client that is getting an error that I can't reproduce on my end and am wondering if any of you have seen it before. Page data and HTML are being thrown into a lightbox and it is happening in Firefox and Safari. Attached are some screen shots.

Is there some sort of app on his machine that might be causing a collision?
