Superfish submenu disappears in IE

I have a dynamic menu using Superfish on this site:

In IE8, when you hover over Products, a submenu appears. I should be able to move my cursor to the items in this submenu but it disappears as soon as I move off of the Products button. This menu works fine in other browsers. Eventually the menu in IE8 will work but only after multiple attempts. Any thoughts?
