Tasks marked as not a Bug in Bug tracker disapear

Hi Folks,

I was just wondering not to find some tasks in bug tracker anymore. Anyhow it seems that bugs in bug tracker disapear as soon they are marked as not a bug. Wouldn't it be better to just mark them in the list that people can find what is not considered to be a bug, instead of possible double post it?
