I am amazed by people like Jordanlev and the others who make a living coding but still find time to develop add-ons for free, answer questions on the forum, maintain blogs...

I'd love to hear suggestions about how you organize yourselves, manage your time, your priorities? How much do you work every day? What tools do you use to improve your productivity? Do you still plan for private / family time...
