Trying to Move a Page - "You may not copy/move alias the chosen page to that location"

I am trying to move a Top Level page under another Page to make it a sub-page.

I drag and drop and then click like the all the other posts say to do and I get this message:

"You may not copy/move alias the chosen page to that location"

Tried it using the "Flat" site map and also using the "Move/Delete" function of the individual page.

Is this something that is possible?

When you try to drag the page in the sitemap (on the dashboard) does a box pop up that asks if you want to move, alias or copy it?

You should be able to move, copy or alias any page, except your home page.

What version of C5 are you using?

No it does not. The pop-up box contains the error message instead of the choice to move, etc. I believe I am using 5.4.2 latest version.

Can you upload a screen print?

Sure. This is from the "Move/Delete" screen. I can go through the steps of select and move in the site screen, but when I click afterward to move C5 just jumps to the page I want to move. There is no pop-up at all.

Perhaps you have advanced permissions on and you don't have create sub
pages rights on the node you're moving it too.

best wishes
