Trying to Move a Site and getting this error...

I moved files via FTP and made an empty database, then imported the old one. Any ideas? The last few times I've had to move a site, this worked fine, so stumped at the moment. Ideas?

Some problem areas that come to mind:
Pretty urls
cache content
updates folder

If you have moved sites by this method before, chances are you have already bumped into the above and sorted them out before. Maybe a mistake in the process or typo this time round?
