Ugly Error when I try to set a max image size in the Image block

Hi Guys,
I recently built a site on my own server for development & went to put it live over the weekend. I noticed on a level 3 page that I have a big ugly error
Its an image block using an image thats about 400px wide but I have the max width set to 275px. When I remove the max width the image is OK but when I try to set max size smaller I get my error.
Any help you guys can give will be appreciated.
