Uploading to demo site

I have been developing a site on my server with concrete5. In the future, the site will have to go live and I will need to host somewhere. Since I'm pretty happy with concrete5, I figure I'd go ahead and host with them(you?). I set up a demo site on your server. Is there a way I can upload the site I've been developing locally and serving from my server to demo it to the client, and it's pretty slow. Is there a way to upload my site to my demo site on concrete5's server? I know how I can upload my theme, but not the content I've already added.

Similar question here,
I've been working on my "demo" site and hope to have it served by Bluehost who already hosts my current (but defunct) site. Is the demo directly transferable to the master website? I didn't actually realize that I was building a "demo"... thought I was working just on the site, then today started to get this pop-up box "5 days left!" I've put a lot of time into the current, sure don't want to have to rebuild all that I've done...HELP

It's not a big deal to transfer a site to c5.

If your working on a c5 site on the c5host (as a trial) you'll need to upgrade your account type.

Hope that helps.
