website attached to incorrect Concrete5 marketplace

Hi folks :)
My problem: Currently my website is attached to the Concrete5 marketplace via an account I cannot access - my passwords do not work and password recovery doesn't work. Probably some database glitch, and I'd rather just leapfrog the problem and start fresh.
To that end, I have created a new marketplace account (and purchased a theme there) - I need to be able to detach my website from the dysfunctional account so that I can attach it to the *new* account. This is, apparently, more of a PITA than I realized :)
Can anyone point me to a how-to on the subject?

Can you explain a little more about what's happening with the password recovery? Are you not getting the emails or is it not working when entering a new password?
