What is the easiest way to transfer User Info Data Base?

Hi All,
I recently had some debilitating issues with a few add-ons that now have so much conflict that I can not add blocks to my site and to solve the issue now i am advised to hire someone to go in and fix it... (which I can't afford), so i spent my day making a fresh install of 5.6.3.2 and rebuilt most of my pages. Before removing the old C5 site and database files, can someone maybe give me some advice on how best to transfer the basic user files (database) so my site users can log on without any hassle of setting up a new account? thanks so much....

I would suggest exporting the userbase then using one of these addons to import it:
