Where is my theme to install after purchase?

Hi all,

I purchased a theme from the ones listed in Concrete 5. However when I click on ' Pages and Themes " from the Admin Console in CC5 , it is not shown. The only "theme" listed is Elemental the default install theme that come as part of the one click install using dreamhost.com as server. I am new to CC5 but I have purcahsed 2 themes in the past and they showed up in "pages and themes"after purchase. I am assuming to install this new theme instead of the default one, I would choose, " remove" option on Elemental , then " click " add" etc ect for my new theme if it happened to be listed where Elemental is but is not for some reason. Any help would bre most !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Aprreciated

Regards
Darren

Assuming that you purchased this and added it to your project for this site, you would need to go to Extend Concrete5 and Install the Theme's package. Once you have done that you can go to Pages & Themes and activate it (do not delete Elemental).

In that screenshot, if you click on the link to your project page does the theme show up there?

If yes, double check the theme is for 5.7+ not 5.6

This might help:: ( Message to theme dev )

I failed to mention in my initial message that I have my CC5 already connected to the community, however nothing is listed in projects. I have attached a screen recording that might provide you a visual of something that is not as its meant to be.

It looks like when you purchased the theme you assigned it to the wrong project, or you are logged in with the wrong C5 user.
