Which Add-On(s) Should I Buy For A One Time Camp Sign Up Form

To anyone who knows C5's add-ons well. Which Add-on(s) do you think would work for putting together a camp sign up form that needs price amounts tallied at the end, has due dates for payment, but does ALL transactions manually (not online)? And, compiles email addresses and a database of information for all the camp attendants that can be downloaded for the admin person into Excel?
it seems like you're trying to merge online with offline functionality. What I would recommend would be adding some custom attributes for pricing that are required on registration, and modifying the register form by adding some jquery/javascript stuff to do the calculation. Use the registrant group addon to add all the new users to a group, and set a group limit to whatever your enrollment limit would be, and then integrating the user stuff with an excel export. Seems doable. Pm me if you want more info.
