Who should I host with?

I have been using concrete for a couple of months now, and I want to build my own website using it. So I was curious, what is the best hosting for concrete. I heard a couple of issues with certain ones already, but if you do not mine to weigh your opinion, it will be greatly appreciated. And also tell me the ones NOT to. Also if you do do not mine, mention how offen the database is backed up. Thanks.

The options at the top of our hosting page are very good for budget
focused hosting customers:

we have a few different hosts that want to be there and we're trying
to vet them for speed now.. we'll likely add a slider or something one
day.

I'm no developer, more of a do-it-yourselfer, but I've used SimpleHelix for the last few years. They've got a great package for $19.95/month. You can host multiple domains, unlimited emails, easy installatron features through the cpanel, etc. I've been really happy with them.
