I don't understand the reason/method of the forum listing.

When a forum entry has multiple replies, the forum posting shows up more than once - it's repeated.
Is this intentional ? or an error ?
If it is intentional, what is the reason behind this ? and what sort of criteria is being used to determine when to print the same entry out twice.

Is this how the Discussion Forum addon behaves as well ?
