Wordpress for Concrete5 and Share buttons

My company site was designed using concrete5 and integrated within that is the wordpress for concrete5. What I am finding is that when I share a blog post on facebook from my website, the link goes to the wordpress page and not to the website where I want the visitor to go. I am using Share buttons by AddtoAny on my wordpress blog.

Can anyone advise on this problem?
