Workflow File Upload and Replace

Is it possible to set up a workflow so that all file uploads need to be approved? Also, when a file is replaced. Thanks.

it is not yet possible (even with add-on).

Unfortunately not yet. The permissions that work with files haven't yet been workflow-enabled.

Thanks for the reply. This wasn't a critical feature needed so it's ok. It would be nice to have though.
