5.6.0.2 Update lost some Adminitrator abilty to add edit Users

We have several people set up as Administrators. After updating to 5.6.0.2 only the main Admin superuser has the ability to edit and Activate/Deactivate Users. Any idea what might have happened?
I noticed another issue with Admins in that only the Super User can "Customize Results" in Search Users/Advanced/Customize Results. Did you ever get any resolution on your issue? It would be nice to be able to clone super user access when necessary.
Have you tried going to "Dashboard->Full Sitemap->Options->Show System Pages->Dashboard->Members" and checked the permissions on the functions you are having issues with?
I checked the permissions on Dashboard->Full Sitemap->Options->Show System Pages->Dashboard->Members and all the pages underneath it. They are all set to allow Administrators to edit them, but it still only allows the Superuser to Activate/Deactivate or edit existing members. Thoughts?
I would try going to a specific page below 'Members' on the sitemap and changing the permissions to something you don't want and save the setting. Then go back and change it back to your desires setting and see what happens.
