Anyone able to help with web support?

Hello,
we are a Indian music and dance school and professional performance ensemble in Toronto, Ontario.
Currently we are running 3 sites with Concrete 5 through Dreamhost.
Everything has worked very well, but as we are full time artist with little budget we are not able to keep up to date with all the changes and dive fully into the back end of site development. The sites are running, but recently some issues have come up that need to be addressed.
We are wondering if anyone is able to help with the following:
* Slow sites: 80% of the time the sites take 5-10 seconds to load, we've addressed this with Dreamhost, and they did communicate being in the midst of server overhaul. However we are wondering if there is anything we can do on our end to speed up the site, other than standard options in the Concrete 5 dashboard.
* Some advice on how to run/set up the sites more efficiently.
Recently also some errors with uploading YouTube videos have come up, for which we posted a discussion, we are unable to upload videos at the moment.
Also we have some issues running pretty URL's on one of our sites, and overall we need some help with getting into our back end php sites. Again we are not experts, we have managed these sites ourselves for a while, but it would be great to get to know some people out there who can help us out.
