Anyone made there own UiKit Vanilla Theme?

Hi There

I was using 960.js in C5.6. Now in 5.7 I worked up my own version of the Elemental Theme, based on Bootstrap 3 and tweaking it further and further. I am sick of it though as it is really messy to navigate and I keep trying to mod with features that seems covered in UIkit.

Having had Uikit brought to my attention on these forums and debating where to commit in future, Bootstrap 4 vs . Foundation 6 vs UIKit and Sass vs Less. I have decide to go for Uikit.

I really like the way including JS features can be done direct into the HTML. I am poor at JS and the feature set is great and I imagine over time knocking up custom templates for Blocks should be a bit easier than at the moment.

I was wondering has anyone started on something like this and might be interested in sharing? I am new to Git and will be starting using that for this I think to improve my workflow. I want to get myself a vanilla theme with a suite of Customised templates to provide a really clean and easily customisable Theme from which to deliver projects.

Any thoughts would be gratefully received and if anyone has a head start and felt like sharing I would be hugely appreciative. got 3 jobs come in and I kind of fancy this workflow.

Also moving from Photoshop / Illustrator to Sketch, so its a traumatic process.

Thanks
